ABOUT ME
As an English professor for 20 years, I saw how mindfulness approaches increased my students' focus, engagement, and understanding. In my own life, I've seen how mindfulness has allowed me to get some distance from my thoughts and become more attuned to my body, making me more relaxed and less reactive. Today, I'm certified as a mindfulness instructor through the Mindfulness Training Institute, offering others the same training that has made such a difference in my personal and professional life.
